Arrival soc at a charger never changes

no matter what i set my initial charge to , from 35% to 100%, the app reports my arrival SOC as the same thing for the first charger stop. tried setting i. preferences and manually in the route plan. This makes me think the app is broken and shouldn’t be trusted.
