Area of user interface does not react to input (Ipad)

See the attached screenshots, if I try to interact with the map (such as trying to pan) in the area highlighted as a red rectangle, the input is ignored. This only happens with ABRP, and what area that is affected depends on what UI elements are shown on the screen (see difference betweenthe screenshots).

This has been like this for quite a while, so I can’t remember when I experienced it the first time.

It is not a big deal, nevertheless annoying when it occurs.
