Hello. My car is a 2025 model Citroen EC4. When I connect the Vgate iCar Pro 2S v2.3 Bluetooth 5.2 device to my car and receive live data, after a certain period of time, my car's safety systems shut down with warnings. In addition to safety system issues, it also displays some important warnings such as electrical system malfunction and gear selector malfunction. These warnings disappear when I stop the car, wait a while, and then restart it. I would like to know the reason for this. I am using your application as a Pro version. Please help me.

    Are these warnings new and do they only happen with ABRP? Has it only been with the most recent updates that it happens? How long have you been using ABRP before you received these messages?

      I'm not only getting this warning with ABRP. The Car Scanner Pro app is also giving the same warnings. I recently bought the Vgate iCar Pro 2S v2.3 Bluetooth 5.2 and wanted to use it, but both apps are giving the same errors.

        Can you send a screenshot of the error messages? If you get it for both apps, then there might be a fault with your OBD device but we do suggest the Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0 for use with ABRP while yours is v.2.3 so we are not sure where the issue could be.

          There are no error messages; I'm getting many errors while driving. The car completely shuts down.

    Thanks for reporting - this is definitely on the car side. If you want, you can play with the ABRP OBD PID editor and see if you can reduce the number of commands sent. Let us know if you find some way of making it work.

      I don't know how to use the ABRP OBD PID editor or what each command does.
