Apple Watch setup not working.

I just added premium to my account. I am not able to connect my Apple Watch. Restart. Reinstall. Nothing is working.

Apple Watch says Open App for setup.

All devices with latent OS.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
