App will not chart a route

I enter destination address and starting address, both are found in lookup, and when i press the blue button it fails to load a route. I have restarted my phone and tried clearing settings and nothing works.

I am experiencing the same issue on my app. Error msg “We could not calculate your plan No working plan could be found. Please check your settings, etc…”
