App sucks

I turned in the app this morning to get to work and even though my work location was preprogrammed into the app, the app didn’t recognize the location and couldn’t give me turn by turn navigation. In fact it didn’t even recognize my current location. I then used the app this afternoon on my way back home from work and the app didn’t even recognize a route to take me home!!!

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Have you tried checking your location settings and if they are active to receive the location? What happens if you re-connect your live data connection?

      The day that I was using the app it was not updating at all but then a few days later when I opened the app then it was working again
