App Settings - User Interface Needs a Calendar style option

ISO 8601 requires that a calendar week start on Monday. ABRP complies! Calendar drop down boxes use that version in order to make date selections.
However, nearly all calendars in the USA do not comply with ISO 8601 with regard to printed calendars and many if not most of the population uses and prefers calendars that display the week starting with Sunday. I recommend that the User Interface section include a calendar "week starts with Sunday" choice. in addition to the ISO 8601 compliant version.
