App resets charge to 100% before car charged

I like this app a lot. However there is something very annoying that happens each time I get off the freeway to charge—the app immediately resets my charge to 100% and starts to lead me back to the route before I ever even find the charger. I got off in Sutherlin Oregon a whole exit before the charger, as per the navigator, then it began giving me directions back to the freeway before I even found the charger. It happens every time though and unless the chargers are very obvious, I drive around in circles until I actually find it. I was at 7% charge this time so it was stressful. Is this a glitch or is it just me? This is the first time I’ve used it for a road trip from Oregon California and back.
