App quites when i get to charger

I planned a trip from NJ to NC. There were 4 total charging stops scheduled when i scheduled the trip. I leave and arrive at first charging location and app comes up with screen saying something went wrong. My planned trip is gone and i need to plan it again. Leave 1st charge station and arrive to next scheduled stop and exact same issue occurs.
