Why does this app consume sooo much power from the phone while in a route? If I don't have the phone plugged in, the battery will be dead within the hour. Is this considered normal?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    We have made some changes the last few years so it should not be a problem. Which phone do you use?
