App only opens with wifi

It only starts and works with a WiFi connection.
With a data connection the app does not finish opening. It stays at the initial logo.
I have tried it with two different phones (Oneplus 11 and Samsung M33) and the same thing happens.
Also, with Android Auto it doesn't start either.
This has been happening for several updates.
