App often says there is a better route when there isn’t

Bug Reports
The little green panel comes up which says “there is a better route” and has a “view alternatives” button. When I press that button, I get shown four options, all of which are twenty to forty minutes slower than my current route. Maybe the “better route” initial calculation is including chargers which my car can’t use?
Where does this happen?

    Was your ABRP setting "Destination arrival SoC" or "Charger arrival SoC" higher than 18%, i.e. not to be complied with when arriving via "current route"? As far as I remember, in such a situation I had already been offered an alternative that complied with the setting with a message that didn't quite match.

    Could you specify what you mean by ‘chargers which my car can’t use’ ?
