App loads, but won't create a route

using the app on chrome + windows 10; also Android ver 4.2.8 (1010).
Logged in, enter starting address, ending address, hit the big button. It spins, then stops spinning. No route/plan shown.
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
