I was using the app on November, then paused my subscription for a month. Today, I resumed my subscription to get assistance on a long distance drive. The app seems to be working properly "but only" when I use it for the first planning. But if I want to make a new planning, the Android Auto screen starts coming and going constantly. The only way to solve is to delete the app from the phone, reinstall it.
My phone is Xiaomi 14 Ultra with the latest OS update.
My car is an Opel Grandland Electric (73 kW)
I read from the comments that this has become a common issue with a lot of users.
Either solve the issue or refund my subscription fee please.
