App doesn’t respect the charger preference

Planning function use to work perfect . In the latest releases the avoid and prefer network are no longer respected by the planning process.

I tried removing all the preferences and reintroducing them but that didn’t help
I experienced this on the iphone. However i have abrp installed on polestar 2 android automotive. Not sure if the settings are being overridden
