App does not find Applegreen Chargers

When trying to to plan a route from Elyria, OH east to NY Hyde Park, starting at ~ 35% charge, the app would not locate the Applegreen (or Tesla) chargers at the Towpath Service Plaza heading east on the Ohio Turnpike. I tried favoriting them even. It kept on sending me off the tollway to DC chargers up to 15 minutes off route. Tried in ios app and
