App crashing when looking for ODBlink CX

Hello, trying to link my obd link CX with the ABRP app. When I click connect and then the understand button, the app freezes as it tries to connect to the obd link. It is completely unresponsive. I have to quit the app and reset it before I can use it again.

I am still unable to link the app to the obdlink, even after trying a second brand new obdlink sent to me by the manufacturer.
