Estimated arrival time in the city is very approximate

Dear ABRP Team,

Unfortunately, the arrival times in the cities are completely off. The estimated travel time is always way too short, so the arrival time is way too early. In Graz, for trips lasting about 40 minutes, ABRP is off by a full 5–7 minutes. The calculation logic absolutely needs to be revised. Google Maps is usually accurate to the minute here in Graz—occasionally a minute less or more—but never as far off as ABRP.
