Android Auto - Map freezes
I’ve had this multiple times in the last couple of days that the maps freeze after a short moment of driving. I then have to close the app on my phone and then ABRP restarts and the moving of the car on the Android Auto map starts to work again.
I’m using Android Auto in my Skoda Enyaq (software version 3.7). Details about my phone:
Samsung Galaxy S23, Android 15, One UI 7.
- Where does this happen?
- ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

When the map freezes I can use the buttons but none of the actions behind them succeed. So I’m not able to plan routes, etc.
I've to start ABRP on my phone, force it to close on my phone. Then ABRP restarts in Android Auto and then it works until Android Auto stops. Then I need to repeat above steps.

I will test this tonight when driving home. This morning I reported through the App a error log when having this error. Basically I have it each time I will start driving with Android Auto and restarting the app does not solve it anymore.
The only way I get ABRP working through Android Auto is restarting my phone.

Thanks for reporting! Can you still press the map to get buttons on the map? If you press the red X, does the route disappear?
