Android Auto and ABRP app should be able to run in parallel

While using ABRP on a recent trip, we regularly found that the Android Auto display would get "desynchronized" from the main app view.

When this occurs, various UI elements (turn-by-turn directions, destination percentage estimate, the actual route track) would no longer show, or the map view would no longer follow the car's marker position and the buttons for changing between overhead/3D/route views would not work.

Restarting the app and/or the phone would generally resolve this for a while, but we encountered issues with this sort of desynchronization a couple dozen times over the course of 4 days of driving.
