Andriod Car crash

Two weeks ago I went on a trip to Copenhagen. Before departure I had (for the first time) created a paid account so that the navigation was neatly placed on Andriod Car. On the way there it went perfectly and I was very satisfied. The following days the app stopped working, and I kept getting the error "something went wrong", where the ABRP app crashed. The app stopped working for the rest of vacation.
Therefore, I have since deactivated the paid account.
Any idea what caused this?
