“Alternative routes” not working properly

Alternative routes is not helpful: it suggested a route where the arrival battery SoC was even minus (e.g. -10%)! Moreover, it suggests different routes every time you clear and restart, indicating the routes are probably not selected with effective criteria

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

      Hi Linda, thanks for the message. Sorry, I didn’t save nor followed the plan since it made no sense. I might have pressed the bug button in the app though, if that is of any help. Thanks

        I found a plan but not with -10%. I’m sorry but it’s hard to say what happened without the plan you had with the correct alternative route.
