Alternative route selection still crashes the iOs APP

I am not satisfied with the normal route planning, so I try to find an alternative route. But each time I try this the APP crashes. This seems to be an issue which has been reported frequently for about 4 years now (!) but never solved. I wonder why? It really leaves me speechless!

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hello @ABRP User #2737237,

    This does not happen for us when testing the alternative routes. Can you send us a video showcasing when you switch to an alternative route and when the app crashes? What iOS model are you using and specify the model too.
