Alternative Route not working

The app offers me a “better alternative” but when I click on the accept button, I just get a big, mostly empty window where I can’t do anything. And there is no information about the route or what is better.

This is happening von CarPlay on Mach-E GT.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
