Alternate route failures

on the app or on the car screen the app says the route is not available, but a new one is, just click accept. It does this over and over again, and crashes both phone and car systems. When I try to start over again, it starts a whole new route and is forgetting the stops and plans that were already in place. There is no reson for the re-route, everything on the highway was normal. It looks like a serious bug in the app.
