Alpine passes are still closed on the map—why?

Why are the Alpine passes still marked as closed on the map even though they’re open again? You can’t plan a route through them because of the supposed closure! They’re open again on Google Maps as of today—finally, at least some people have woken up to the fact.

For example, the Furka Pass… has been open again since 9 a.m. on May 29.
