Allow to specify time spend traveling a leg and time spend at a stop

Would like to see an option to specify how long I would like to drive between charges and how long I want to stay at a charging stop (regardless of how little time is needed to actually charge).
That would mean that planning could suggest lower power chargers because of a long stay, anyway.
