Add stop does not work correctly

I select my destionation. I then click - Add Stop. It adds it to the END as the DESTINATION. So, I delete that, and enter my interim stop as the destionation. Then I click ADD stop, to add my reall destination to the end. but this time, it adds it in the middle, as it should have done in the 1st place. Oh, and on the map, it shows a route going to Denmark !

Hoe this can be SO bad, is beyond me !

    How come it shows up in Denmark, this should not happen at all. Could you send us a plan where this issue occurred?

    As for the “Add stop” problem, the addresses added are being calculated based on the distance from the start position. This means that if you add a destination that is between the first and last stop, it will end up in the middle but if the stop is the absolute last one, it will be at the end. Can you share to us a plan where we can replicate this and see how it looks for us?

          But, it did NOT do that. It did the exact opposite – it puts the closest one at the end, and the far one in the middle. I tried it both ways – same problem.

            I think it must be retaining somewhere else as my position, but as it doesn’t show the position - I am unable to tell !

              You have your current position selected from Lund in Sweden, is this correct?

              Can you send us a video recording of when you insert the addresses to ABRP and get them as a destination? This way, we can see how it looks when you add them and where they are located in the list since I got the “16 Avenue de Kimberley” address in the middle.

                I don’t even know where Lund is ! I am in 83780, France. 16 Ave Kimberley, is in Grenoble, France

                    our other apt in Meribel. That explains why it gets the order wrong - but it won’t let me change it to where I currently am. And, there are loads of places I’ve never searched in the drop-down list, but no option to delete them. And our current car isn’t availble in the list, only the previous model . SO many holes in this App

                      How are the location services in your phone? This might cause the issue with your location currently. The blue dot in your device’s GPS location services so check this and see if you can reverse it to be at your current location.

                      Do a re-link of your vehicle and change settings in your phone to different ones and see the results that you receive.
