In The Netherlands (as in many other places) we see a lot of traffic jams. ABRP tries to route around them to save time, definitely useful when you save a lot of time. However, sometimes this results in ABRP telling the driver to take an off ramp on the highway and then immediately the on ramp again, saving a minute at best. I want to have the possibility to set a minimum threshold for time saved to avoid this behaviour which doesn't result in insignificant timesaving.
Additionally, sometimes ABRP will reroute from the highway to provincial roads where this is illegal and WILL result in fines for the driver (e.g. on the A27 around Vianen in the Netherlands.
https://nos.nl/artikel/2586523-duizenden-boetes-voor-sluipverkeer-vianen-aanpak-gemeente-werpt-vruchten-af). Can this be taken into account as well? It is well indicated on all the signs when you leave the highway.
