Add option to prefer limited speed or skip all chargers

I seem to encounter several issues with routes that would be faster at a lower speed without stopping at a charger. I've noticed that I'll get different suggestions by moving the departure/arrival location by a few meters.

Here is an example of a route similar to one I took recently. To get this routing, I had to go into options to set my speed manually, and set the arrival SoC below 20% (even though the journey estimates it would end at 20%). Without these settings, I have to attempt to avoid dozens of chargers I don't want to stop/detour for.
