Need to add a feature for max driving per day (miles/hours) for long trips (where to over night). Maybe even help find lodging as well based on hotel prefs/destination chargers
While going on long trips with my kids, I like to stop every 2 or 2,5 hours. Of course, I combine these stops with charging.
Instead of planning the most efficient charging stops for my car, I very much like to have regular stops when I feel like it.
So it would be very nice to be able to plan a long trip with specific time intervals.
For example: I would like to plan a 1100 km roadtrip with a stop every 2 hours and then charge at a specific charging station.
Perhaps this is a feature you can add in time?

When planning multi-day trips, letting the App know when you will be driving is essential, it can help plan out hotel stays, more accurately figure out when you would arrive at your destination, etc…

Yes, yes, yes - I was about to say the same thing. Once the preference is set it could be as simple as an OVERNIGHT STOP bar on the TripTik (yeah, I’m old). This bar should be able to drag & drop between charging stops. Within that stop a new set of options should be available: Depart From, Departure Time, Depart SoC. This should be optional (see below).
This is slightly different than just adding a waypoint. ABRP is penciling in when and roughly where you might want to stop. We’ll then figure out the specifics. If you don’t fill in the details, ABRP can just ignore it. Sure, if you want to partner up with Hotel apps, that’s a possibility, but for now, just a nice placeholder would work. Leave handles for handing off to an app or Google that’ll search for hotels with EV chargers in that area.

A day-and-a-half driving trip works for my car, but not for me. Need a way to tell app how many hours I’m willing to drive in a day and app should suggest potential overnight stops. Cooperate with hotels and restaurants that can be displayed. Maybe even a way to book a reservation.
