Add human rest periods

This planner is really great for calculating a full-out, white-knuckle, road race with an EV. But the rest of us need to sleep each day of a multi-day trip. It would be nice if there were a setting where we could say the minimum sleep time we want for each 24-hour portion of the trip. That way it is figured into the estimate of the arrival time.
