Add hotel stop to route planner

Allow user to designate a hotel overnight time/distance variable. For example, calculate automatic hotel stop when traveling more than 24 total hours. Hours travel includes time recharging along the route.

Factor in Hotel charger (recommended feature) when selecting stop

If changing is not available at selected hotel, route travelers to a charger immediately before hotel stop or after leaving the next morning while minimizing backtracking or loopback.
