Add Chevron aka "On the Run" aka "Journie" charge card
Chevron stations in Canada have a app called “Journie” that they use for charger engagement and management. They also go by the name “On the Run”.
- What are you reporting?

Hi @Colt,
Please note that this network is already available for selection among networks as ‘ON_THE_RUN_EV’ under ‘avoid and prefer’ in settings. What you’re likely missing is the charge card, and I’ve changed your request accordingly.

You are right it was under that name with underscores. Why does it have underscores though? None of the other networks do and the underscores cause search issues.

That is simply how it is reported to us by NREL.

Can it be corrected so it matches the other on the run stations and avoids search issues like this for other users?

At the moment we don’t have any simple way to do this. I can see that this how NREL reports a lot of network names, though usually we have other sources which makes this less noticeable.

Perhaps a bug report or request can be filed with NREL to correct the data and make it consistent? Thats probably the best overall fix for ABRP and other consumers of the data.
