Add charging options for arrival

Add an option for "charger at arrival" so that the destination location is a charger. Add options to define a radius from the original destination to search in for those chargers. Add an option to choose between quick charging and slow charging on this charger.

Example:
I drive 200km one way and arrive. I now want to slowly charge my car with 11KW to have it back up to 80% when I leave 6h later. Then I want to drive back the 200km the same day. When arriving, I want to arrive at a charger close to my intended location, because say the conference center I'm going to doesn't have any. But I want to set a radius from the location, e.g. 1km max, where it will redirect me to to find a charger. Alternatively, add an option to find a charger near public transport.
