Unable to 'add to plan' for charger on route alternative

How do I add a different charger to a planned route in 7.1 WebApp & iOS?

In 7.0 and older if I had planned a route to the point where I could select drive (blue line showing route) I could click on any charger and do Add Waypoint. If I do that in 7.1 I can only see Nearby Chargers (unless I’m missing something), I can click this then select the charger again, then Replace Charger, but it is a bit of a process!

If I’m in the planning stage I can click on a charger and do “add to plan”, which is what I’d like to be able (and used) to do once the route is planned.
