Add a 'temporarily blocked' feature for chargers inaccessible due to snow (or whatever)

Something like how Google Maps/Waze allow users to report things in real time, then it tells other users what has been reported, and asks “is this still there?” I think it would be helpful to be able to let other folks know that, for example, only 2.5 of the 4 chargers are actually available here at the fastest chargers for a gazillion miles around 🙃 Maybe the app could even pop a notification to say “users have reported reduced accessibility to a charger on your route. Would you like to replace that destination?” Then when they show up to a reported location they are asked “is access still blocked?” I suppose you could use this feature to report a non-EV parked in a charging spot too since that happened to me the other day - showed up to a place showing 2 of 2 chargers available only to find both of them inaccessible.

Not that the reporting feature needs half measures (maybe including pictures though?) but in this particular case one of the spots is only partially blocked and may still work for some folks. Personally, I couldn’t use it because the cord was just barely too short to reach across the hood of my car AND the 4-5 feet of snow piled up at the front of the spot but probably would have worked if I could have pulled all the way in.

This isn't the first time this winter I have showed up to a charger to find some of them blocked by snow and chargers and few and far between on the 4 hour commute I do once every month or two. This morning and another time in December my battery was too low to drive to another charger so waiting for access (in addition to the way longer winter charging time) really wrecked my ETA. Of course, this will only really help if folks get on the app to report things but any little bit helps!
