Add a speed coach instead of or in addition to the maximum driving speed setting

on road trips i miss the optimal speed for the fastest trip including charging stops. When i drive maximum speed the extra charging stops can result in longer trip time. Abrp is perfectly capable to fill this gap in ev route planning
