Ad Hoc Trip Planner Options

Yesterday, I set out from home on a trip. When getting ready to come home, I thought I would try out the alternative of using more, shorter charging stops, and wanted to try this given my current charge level of 32%, rather than my stored options.
Perhaps this exists, but I couldn't find a way to override these options for just this one trip in order to generate a route plan. It would be nice to be able to do this without having to change my stored settings.
