ABRP Terribly Confused

I was fiddling with vehicle settings trying out a couple of different cars I’m thinking about getting, and ABRP really doesn’t seem to like that - it offers to save, but then they don’t show up and now while my Model Y settings all look right, ABRP couldn’t find a route to save its soul, ignoring Tesla superchargers even though that network and ports are selected.

Where does this happen?

        Hi, this looks weird, in order for me to troubleshoot i need the actual plan.

        To do this;

        1. Plan the trip in ABRP

        2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

        3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

        4. Paste the URL here

        ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please exclude private addresses and the use of ‘my position’, home, work, etc., from the plan you post here publicly.

          I can’t get that far - when I click on Plan, it pops up and says it can’t do it and closing that pop up takes me back to the plan editing mode.

            Hello @Alan Batie,

            We understand this issue from before and are working on improving it. The app calculates routes better or worse depending on distance and where on the map the markers have been placed.

            (I have changed the departure date to July instead of June as the road for the observatory opens in July and is not available in June. Do not change this in your plan as this information has been added by other users in OpenStreetMap)

              It did the same thing; I was thinking it was a problem with my account, but I tried in another browser without logging in and it did the same thing. The problem isn’t that I can’t get there either - I did the trip yesterday.

                It is an issue to how we calculate the routes and the app can interpret some routes to not be possible to drive through but if you switch to a location a few meters away to add waypoints to specify the road you want to follow along, it can work. We see how to improve this to not cause confusion for users.

                But did you manage to use the plan that I sent since you mentioned that you did the trip already or was that before I sent it?
