ABRP randomly ignoring minimum selected SoC%

With v7 ABRP is quite often ignoring my set minimum and plan trips with arrival quite low. This is both for chargers and destination. Why and how I don’t know as it can change from one plan to the next. I can do a replan and it calculates a completely different route with stops.
If I set a % I expect it to never go below that. Especially when there are lots of charging options on the route. It will even cut the last charging stop short and only charge to maybe 60-70% and then arrive to destination well below my 10% minimum.

Planning an arrival below 10% SoC in an e-Golf in -15C to -20C in winter is dangerous as it shuts off heater when its estimating 25-30km of range remaining. In those temps that can happen at around 15% SoC.
