ABRP overriding destination of choice

I have found a weird bug that has persisted for a year or so. Today I’m planning a long trip on a cool day where I need to make a stop beyond my home. When I put my home as the final destination, ABRP automatically places my home as the penultimate destination. I feel it does this because this is the geographical order of the trip, not the actual order.

I have solved this in the past on trips where I start at home by making it a round trip. Today, however, I’m starting the trip at a different location.

It feels like a software bug because it does not allow me to naturally put in the order of my stops.
