ABRP now showing connection issues.

In an attempt to solve my issue with ENODE connecting for 3 minutes then disconnecting and never regaining connection for an entire 2hr trip, I chose to unlink enode and reconnect it using North America region.

Now, I’m getting the following message, even though I’m a key user and the only user in my Audi etron. I’ve also deleted and re-added my user profile but still, experience the same issue:
