ABRP not not able to plan a route ... infinite loop

The app isn’t able to plan a route and get into an infinite loop without providing any error or results.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Please provide a screen recording of this issue you are describing. What phone model by Android are you using? Does the route manage to even show up in the car information screen?

    I don’t have a screenshot and I am not sure why this happens times to times.

    I am using S24 ultra and android 16. What happens is the process of planning the route keep running forever without errors or without finish.
