ABRP not available via browser

Since a few days I can't access ABRP via browser (Opera, Firefox). It doesn't work on PC or tablet.

ABRP opens for moment (less than a second) and then the page shows: “Oops... Something went wrong. Try again.”

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Are you able to access the page if you open an incognito window?

      Hi @Katya Skog,

      access through incognito window is not possible, usually I'm using it.

      I tried “standard“ window but it doesn't work either.

        Usually this type of crash is related to something on the ABRP account, therefore access in incognito mode, in a non-logged in state should be possible.

        I’m sorry for asking twice but you’ve confirmed that the above is impossible?

          Sorry, I thought you meant a private window of the browser.

          I usually open ABRP at the browser in a non-logged in state. I have to sign in in a 2nd step. There is no automatic login when opening ABRP.

            So then you’re able to access the website but as soon as you log in it no longer works?

              The website starts, but but before I'm able to do anything, it changes to “oops…”

              My PC is quite old: Win7 / 64bit

              Opera latest Version —> not working

              Updated Firefox —> working

              Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 / Android 13

              Updated Opera is now working!

              I also tried Opera mini, which also worked right now!

              So it seems to be a problem with Opera and/or Win7
