ABRP is uninstalled when car is turned off

I am having some trouble using the ABRP with my Chevy Blazer SS EV. The main issue is that it is always uninstalled after use. That is, at the end of a leg of a trip where I turn the car off. When I later return to continue the trip, the app is no longer available and is seemingly uninstalled. I can reinstall it but am generally not able to during a trip. I always need to re-authenticate once the app is re-installed.
