ABRP is unable to create a plan

After the error message no information is provided to know where ABRP is having the problem with the route. Thus, the user has no idea what to change to fix the problem.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Please share a screenshot of the error message that you receive when trying to create a plan along with the stops you are trying to create a plan with so we can re-create it too.
