ABRP iOS CarPlay app Enode live data cannot maintain a connection.

I start my car, ABRP will connect to Enode, and I can see four green cellular bars indicating a connection. After approximately three to five minutes, the Enode connection will disconnect even though my vehicle maintains a hotspot connection to my cell phone. Audi etron RS performance vehicles in Canada are unable to connect with a cellular carrier, so we must rely on hot-spotting the vehicle to our phones.

Steps I have attempted include deleting and reinstalling the app, removing and re-adding the Audi user from Audi MMI, and using the iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 26.5.
