abrp gets no live data from car app(apparently)

abrp App does not recognise nor point out that it does not get any live data from car app HELLO # (smart #1), means is disconnected, what reason ever.

Cpl route planning and driving is wrong and does not make sense.

Please check and fix this.

      Hello again - I just checked again and we see data coming in for your vehicle from time to time (317 updates last 7 days). If you are having trouble getting the HELLO app to send data regularly in the background, I think you should ask the support or developers of that app to see what might be going wrong. On our side things look fine at least when we actually received data for your car.

    Hello thanks for responding.

    We are using HELLO # app on iOS where from abrp gets data of the car.

    See screenshots enclosed

    We had to start “Actualising” manually to start syncing.

    Thanks for reporting! We see live data coming in for your vehicle today, so something is working. What project are you using to push live data to ABRP?
