ABRP freezes with Android Auto in wireless mode

I drive a Kia EV6 and use a CarPlay wireless adapter to connect my phone with the car. Therefore the phone uses Android Auto in wireless mode. As I start my car the CarPlay adapter turns on automatically and starts ABRP. It shows me my starting position but immediately freezes and blocks all possibilities to control the app. No respond to any touches and so on.
On the phone ABRP is in that case not showen as active. But if I start ABRP on the phone manually after it has beeing freezed on the cars display the freezing is gone and everything is working well.
I do not know if that is a behavior that can be changed, as it is annoying to start every time the app on the phone just for it to get working. No other app needs that as I know for working well with wireless Android Auto.
